Shipping and Returns
We ship Worldwide every day. Unless otherwise indicated, orders will be shipped via the United States Postal Service.

Continental United States
Ground, Priority and Express options available.

Hawaii and Alaska
We ship your order via US Priority Mail. Standard Shipping is for Parcel Post, however if you would like your order shipped faster, include a note with your order
and we will gladly ship via priority mail and adjust the shipping charges.

Canada
We ship via United States Priority Mail. Freight charges will be added when you order leaves our facility. Website freight charges are only an estimate. We will
use the best, most efficient possible means to ship your order. We have been advised that there might be additional charges via UPS Standard (brokerage fee)
as well as customs charges. We are not responsible for these additional charges and do not have any way to calculate who is charged and the amount that is
charged, sorry.

International Orders
It is our experience that the most cost effective shipping method is United States Global Priority Mail. The freight charges listed on your order form are there
only as an estimated freight guide. Even thought the website weight charges are quite close, International orders will be charged according to the actual weight
of the packages after they are packaged, not by the prices listed on the website. If there are additional shipping charges, they will be added to your credit card
after your order is processed. If you were overcharged for freight originally, you will be refunded! (this is most often the case).

APO/AE Orders
Priority and Express options available.

Lost International Orders
Postal Orders: Although it does not happen very often, you must realize that we do not file claims on your behalf. If you have a lost or damaged box, shipped
Air Parcel Post it is your responsibility to file a claim with your local postal service. Once an international shipment safely leaves the continental United States, it
is the responsibility of the receiver. This includes Alaska, Hawaii APO & AE addresses also.

UPS Global Express Services. We are able to fully guarantee the delivery of your package in good condition; however, you must still file the claim.

Address Errors
If we are imposed shipping service charges due to your incorrect input on the website, the cost will be extended to you. Please input correct street numbers and
zip codes. If your credit card bill is received at another address other than the one listing as shipping address, such as a PO Box, please list that address under
the billing address.

Faster Shipping Services
We will be very happy to ship your order USPS Express or overnight USPS. However, this does not necessarily mean your order will be placed ahead of those
requesting regular ground deliveries. Orders are processed in the order they arrive to us. The Expedited Shipping starts after the order is processed and will
speed up ship time. Most orders take 24 to 48 hours for processing. Please call us or refer to the UPS shipping map to see if your order will need to be
expedited. Customer service is vital to our company and we try to provide service that exceeds your expectations, so please give us a chance to show us how
we can help you!

Quality Guarantee
If you aren't 100% satisfied with the quality of products shipped to you, simply return the merchandise within 30 days of your invoice date for credit or
replacement. Product must be in original packaging and not opened. We cannot accept for return business cards, custom cards, or photo books.

Returns
No credit after 30 days, no refunds period. No Exceptions! All shortages or errors must be reported within 7 days. If we make a mistake, we will take care of the
shipping charges. If you are returning merchandise for some other reason, you are responsible for the return shipping charges. If your original order was
shipped to you freight free and you need to return the items for whatever reason, the original cost of shipping to you, will be deducted from your credit card
reimbursement. All Returns Must Be Pre-approved. There is a restocking charge of 10% that may be imposed.
