All of our attire are shipped Priority mail or International Priority mail via USPS. Orders take 1-3 business
days to process before shipping. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships. If you

mind that the USPS tracking number may take up to 1 business day to yield any useful info. Shipping is
free for U.S. orders including APO/FPO and only 10.00 flat rate for all International orders.

All orders push to our warehouse in real-time so its unlikely that we will be able to make a change prior to

Why was my order charged a customs fee when it was delivered?
International orders may be subject to customs duties/fees. Unfortunately this is a necessary evil of
ordering from overseas. Check with your local laws regarding any taxes or fees you may have to pay once
these arrive. Please do not ask us to ship your package as a gift. We can't do that!

Since your order goes into production the moment it is placed, we do charge your card the moment you
confirm your order at checkout. You will receive a confirmation email when your order is submitted. If your

Currently we do not have any physical stores. If you have any questions regarding the sizes or anything
else, please feel free to ask. Please remember that Poetic Diction does allow free returns and exchanges
