What to Expect:
Payment Options

Buy Now:
These options will be presented with a
corresponding  "
Add to Cart" button. These prices
are exclusive of the explained project and include all
of the necessary project costs. Any additional costs
will only be incurred if additional items are added to
your order. If this applies, you will receive an invoice
via e-mail to complete your order process prior to
receiving your final project files.

Invoice Required:
If the project you wish to develop requires a higher
range of service, you will be requested to fill out an
Invoice Required form. If such a form is permitted,
you will have several payment options depending on
the amount of your order, including, but not limited
to: Payment in full or 50% payment at project start
and remaining 50% payment at project end (prior to
final files being released).

PayPal, Debit/Credit Card:
All project payments will be completed via PayPal
checkout. Paypal- The safest and easiest way to pay
online. Once you reach the checkout page, you will
have the option to pay with your PayPal account, or
your Debit or Credit Card. We accept Master, Visa, &
American Express.
Order Process

Our order process is fairly simple and is designed to
give you a seamless experience from start to finish.
  1. BUSINESS DAY ONE: Select your project of
    interest. E-mail any necessary files or pictures
    to design@madeimages.com.
  2. BUSINESS DAY TWO: If necessary, we will
    contact you for additional information.
  3. BUSINESS DAY THREE: 1-3 sample designs
    will be presented to you via e-mail. (Please be
    sure to add our e-mail to your address book as we
    can not be responsible for messages delivered to
    your Bulk Mail: design@madeimages.com.)
  4. BUSINESS DAY FOUR-SEVEN: Unless
    otherwise indicated, once you have approved
    the initial design, projects will usually take
    between 1-4 business days to complete. (We
    reserve the right to fifteen business days to complete
    lengthy projects). Rush jobs are available for an
    additional cost.


Revisions

The average revision per project is three. More will
be permitted as deemed necessary by our staff.
Excessive use of project revision will result in
additional costs.
Order Fulfillment & Shipping
No Shipping Required
Files such as logos and designs without a printing
option, will be sent to you via e-mail or FTP upload.

Shipping Required
Items that require shipping will be shipped from our
offices via USPS. Priority, Ground, and Express
shipping options are available. Unless otherwise
indicated, please allow 1-3 weeks for delivery. You
will receive an e-mail with your tracking number once
your order has been shipped.

Returns & Site Credit

If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your
shipped order, you may return said items for
Site
Credit
(minus shipping costs). We do not allow
monetary refunds of custom projects.
Site Credit will
not be permitted if items are not returned.
